This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the private QuickBooks Online integration application ("Application") developed by Comet Welding Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our").
The Application is a private, internal tool developed exclusively for the use of Comet Welding Ltd. and its authorized personnel. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any third party or to the general public.
Use of the Application is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and agents of Comet Welding Ltd. acting within the scope of their engagement with the Company. No other license, express or implied, is granted.
The Application accesses the Company's own QuickBooks Online data on a read-only basis for internal reporting, analysis, and operational purposes. The Application does not modify, delete, or transmit Company accounting records to any third party.
Unauthorized use, copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of the Application is strictly prohibited.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comet Welding Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
