This Privacy Policy describes how Comet Welding Ltd. ("we", "our", "Company") handles information in connection with our private QuickBooks Online integration application ("Application").
The Application is used solely by Comet Welding Ltd. to access the Company's own QuickBooks Online data for internal reporting and analysis. It is not offered to, installed by, or used by any party other than Comet Welding Ltd. and its authorized personnel. The Application does not have end users outside the Company.
The Application reads QuickBooks Online accounting data belonging to Comet Welding Ltd., including chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, expenses, customers, vendors, and financial reports. No data from other QuickBooks users, customers, or third parties is collected or accessed.
Data accessed through the Application is used exclusively for Comet Welding Ltd.'s internal operations, financial analysis, and reporting. Data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on Company-controlled infrastructure with restricted file permissions. No Company accounting data is stored by the Application beyond transient in-memory processing during a query. Data in transit is protected using TLS.
The Application communicates only with Intuit's QuickBooks Online API endpoints. No other third-party services receive Company data through the Application.
OAuth tokens are retained only for as long as the Application is in use. Tokens may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online's Apps settings or by deleting the Application's local token file.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised date at the top of this page indicates the last update.
